Pancake Mix

Combine the following and store in an airtight container:

• 5 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 cup wheat bran
• 1 cup flaxseed meal
• 1 cup coconut flour
• 1 cup almond meal
• 1 cup hazelnut meal
• 10 tsp baking powder
• 5 tsp baking soda

To make pancake batter, combine the following:

• 1 cup pancake mix
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 egg
