Crossed a river with tiny people floating in it today. Looked like a very relaxing mode of transportation.
Observation made from Navajo Bridge near Marble Canyon. ‎· Eivind
Marble Canyon is the only home of the endangered cactus Pediocactus bradyi. Did you see one? ‎· Halil
Is it close to the Blue John Canyon where a man fell and chopped his arm off to rescue himself from a boulder crushed him against the wall? If so... ‎· jeaquares
you found a colony of borrowers! i wonder what they're borrowing from the canyon ‎· Dani (aka ashuping)
@halil: We just made a short, spontaneous photo stop. Sage was about the only flora I noticed :) ‎· Eivind
@jeaquares: ~350 miles away, which is fairly close in these parts. This river, Colorado, runs past arm-gnawing land :) ‎· Eivind
This is a stunning view of a very beautiful place. I've fallen in love with this image. :) This is a definite 'Fav.' ‎· ‌ ‌ma∟ıĸ
@eivind that's like ~550 km, right? Then not that close I guess ahaha. One of my biggest dreams is to visit USA for its canyons one day. They seem really divine from here. A place where you can defy the nature -and of course maybe got your arm chopped off by it. :) ‎· jeaquares
@mqmalik: I see so many beautiful things in Color country ++. Very different from home :) ‎· Eivind
@jeaquares: A four hour drive. We'll cover that before lunch :) ‎· Eivind
still travelling? ‎· SaeedTheGiraffe ?
@saeedgreen: Back in the old world now. A couple of smaller trips planned for the rest of the summer, but we'll mostly just enjoy the Norwegian summer :) ‎· Eivind
