A first for me. Amazon attempted to deliver a package but couldn't(?) or didn't want it to be left unattended? I'm not sure which but the lights were on, we were home and the food we ordered arrived about 10 mins after they "tried" to deliver.
BTW, this was not UPS or FedEx or even USPS. This was their local "AMZL" carrier. I did get a call from Amazon Prime about the time of the alleged attempt but when I answered, no one responded back. And NOW since I didn't give them "delivery instructions" last night, it seems a redelivery is not automatically happening. This the worst service I've had from Amazon. I just had to tweet at them about it. Nerd rage, indeed.· Hey, it's CAJ!
Ditto. I am now awaiting the announcement of Amazon Superprime™ any day now, where you pay even more a year for the privilege of not having your orders delivered by AMZL.· Galen Charlton 3
I'm ready to pick USPS SmartPost over AMZL at this point.· Hey, it's CAJ!
