Well, it's finally time for #FARP2016. Tomorrow kicks it all off with learning how our Total Gym works again. And Sunday, I finally use the elliptical we bought last December. Yay? (Then the schedule alternates with Friday off.)
There will be dietary adjustments as well but eating food is something I do all the time. Actually exercising is not. :) ‎- Hey, it's CAJ!

I might have skipped the elliptical yesterday. I mean, I had great intentions to do it but somehow...forgot? I did get back on the Total Gym today. I can still feel the residual sore from Saturday but nothing concerning. ‎- Hey, it's CAJ!
Scale arrived yesterday. I can now put a number to "good googly moogly". While it's lower than I had expected, it's not by much. ‎- Hey, it's CAJ!
