I decided to count it up. One of my summer classes has over 1500 pages of required reading. The guy must think we're full time grad students.
Hint: we are not either. ‎· Jim: Lose Cannon
Yikes. ‎· bentley
Dang. ‎· Kirsten
Heh. I was thinking "Yeah, that sounds about right" until your hint. ‎· lris
does the dude realize you aren't full time grad students? i've had professors for that forgot that fact with things. it was....awkward ‎· Dani (aka ashuping)
I assume it isn't an English class (because that would barely be a novel per week in a 6 week course). Taking literature courses as summer courses has really messed up my ability to determine what qualifies as too much reading. ‎· k8s
This isn't a college course like you take or audit at undergrad or grad level. It's a "Course of Study" class for Licensed Local Pastors in the United Methodist Church. We have to take twenty of them to keep our licenses. ‎· Jim: Lose Cannon
Then that's definitely too much and the course provider should know better. Ugh! ‎· k8s
well that's really, really, really crappy. wth? can y'all rebel? talk to someone about it? ‎· Dani (aka ashuping)
I rebel against the workload by turning the tables on it and kicking its ass. ‎· Jim: Lose Cannon
