Do you want to know one of the most famous Iranian dish which you can find in every ceremony and most of the restaurant. Well, I will introduce you A vegan Split Pea Egg plant stew or Vegan Ghimeh bademjan (Persian: قیمه بادمجان وگان). Traditionally everyone use lamb meat for this dish but I used button mushroom, vegan meat-free meatball and soy bean ball. The rest of recipe is exactly the same as I have shared it before. It normally served with aromatic rice which garnished with barberry and saffron. Potato Tahdig is the best part and last part of this fantastic dish, which make it a heavenly food.
