#FARP2109 June Update - Well, I finished the Couch to 5K program and now can run for a number of minutes continuously. I've now switched to running specific distances to work on the speed. My brain remembers when I was faster. The body reminds me that was a number of years ago. After a slight weight loss plateau last month, June has started with a proper drop of digits on the scale. Anecdotal weight loss: 30 pounds. Measured loss: 25 lbs.
Now down a shirt size and a few numbers on the waist. I can't wait to see what the people in the home office will be saying when I visit end of July.· Hey, it's CAJ! 2
And just a quick whine: my waist has dropped much quicker than my hips. Either bottoms are too tight on the hips or everything (not elastic) drops to the hips. Sigh. Progress of an odd sort, I guess. Glad I work from home. :)· Hey, it's CAJ! 1
