"Kuwait and other states could conduct medical tests in an attempt to “detect” homosexuals trying to enter Gulf states, a senior official has announced. Yousouf Mindkar said routine clinical screenings of expatriates entering Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC) such as Kuwait would be introduced under new proposals. Persons who are identified as LGBT through the tests would then be refused entry into the country."
I wonder how this would look like and if anyone will be willing to travel to GCC at all
^ Oil business. Heard about the Persian Gulf oil deposits?
I guess the best answer to this is reducing oil dependency to negligible level - it is time to send them ride camels again (wrt "My grandfather rode a camel, my father rode a camel, I drive a Mercedes, my son drives a Land Rover, his son will drive a Land Rover, but his son will ride a camel")
