@kickdrum: I have plans to migrate to require.js, so that JS would load asynchronously and on-demand. Right now it's every asset, synchronously, although with a good caching. For example, this will prevent loading of mediaelement.js if there are no players on the page. ‎· псы в рапиде

It is 531K by pkzip. Just to compare, fresh logged-in FB is 726K HTML and 5287K files (6M), even with ads blocked. The last page of (some 50 entries) is 404K HTML and 325K files. ‎· Timur
